Thank you to everyone who entered The Creative Future Literary Awards this year. We received almost 500 entries and the breadth and quality of the work was impressive. 6 poems and 6 short stories were chosen from a shortlist of 36 entries by a judging panel of literary industry professionals, including Lemn Sissay, Aki Schilz (The Literary Consultancy), Ali Lewis (The Poetry School), Candida Lacey (Myriad Editions) and Pat Winslow (award-winning poet).

Winners will receive a share of £1000 cash and development prizes from leading literature organisations including The Literary Consultancy, Penguin Random House Writers’ Academy, The Poetry School, and Myriad Editions. Winners will also appear in an anthology produced by Just Content and Jellyfish Solutions alongside work by international poet superstar, Lemn Sissay, and award-winning author, Kerry Hudson.
The prizes that each of these writers have won will be announced and awarded at a Showcase Event as part of The London Literature Festival at 6.45pm on Friday October 26th.
