This Social Prescribing Day (18 March 2021) is a double day for celebration! We’re thrilled to have been awarded funding from Thriving Communities to launch our PRESCRIBE TO THRIVE project. It’s a brand new partnership with various arts and health organisations in Brighton and Hove.
