As you know, the 2015 Creative Future Literary Awards competition closed earlier this summer, and we’ve been hard at work sifting through all of the entries. Choosing our finalists was a tough task – we had more than twice the number of submissions than in 2013, and the quality of writing was outstanding. We want to thank our judge’s panel again for all their hard work in making tough decisions and selecting such a strong shortlist.

Each of our finalists will win one of our top prizes, but to find out who has one which prize you’ll have to come along to our CFLA Showcase, delivered in partnership with Collected Works. The Showcase will take place at the Free Word Centre on Monday 28 September 2015 at 18:30. Not only will you get to find out who has one our top prizes – you’ll also hear each of our finalists read their award-winning pieces. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll also hear readings from our host Lemn Sissay and guest writer Maggie Gee. The event is free to attend, but you must reserve your ticket in advance.
