Write Yourself to Better Mental Health

Write Yourself to Better Mental Health, a five session course, led by Dominique De-Light, will provide you with creative writing tools to support your mental health. Using your life for inspiration, the writing exercises will hone your creative writing skills and provide you with new insight. This course will teach you creative writing methods to build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness. The tutor will create a safe space, leading you through exercises, enabling anyone, even those who have never written creatively before, to explore their creativity and support their mental health.

This course is supported by the Contain Outbreak Management Fund and is specifically for people who have been adversely affected by the Covid19 pandemic and lockdown.
