Do you feel you can never get enough time for your creative work? Do you feel that paid work or life admin gets in the way of your creativity? This workshop enables you to examine your current work/life balance and helps you find ways to increase creativity in your life.

Through a series of writing exercises, reflection, group discussion, movement, and collaboration, you will explore what is important to you, how to prioritise and gain a fresh new perspective. You will leave the workshop with a list of actions to create a better work/life balance and the motivation to make space for the things you truly want to do.
