About the course

Think of this course as a word buffet: time to play and have fun; to explore new genres and ways of thinking about words; ways of finding them and pinning them down; getting words on the page in a dedicated time just for you; and how writing isn’t always just about getting words on the page. At the end of our six weeks together you’ll have a whole heap of new material and new ways to think about exploring the world of words.

Who is it for?

This course is for disabled writers. This includes being neurodivergent, chronically ill, d/Deaf, living with mental health conditions, or however you choose to identify.

The course will cover all genres from poetry to flash fiction, children’s to creative non-fiction, and everything in between. For new writers, or those who want to freshen up existing skills and play.

The course will be held online via Zoom.
