In this workshop, Dominique guides you through a variety of fun and absorbing exercises, ranging from meditation and mindfulness techniques, to practices based on the latest neuroscience research, enabling you to learn useful tools for daily life to reduce your sense of overwhelm. At the end of the three hours you will leave the workshop refreshed and with a greater sense of spaciousness in your life.

Dominique De-Light is an experienced coach with years of experience in supporting people to make transformative change.
