Do you feel like you’re constantly running on empty? That your task list is always too long? That there’s no time for you and you’d like the world to stop so you can get off?

In this workshop, Dominique guides you through a variety of fun and absorbing exercises, ranging from meditation and mindfulness techniques, to practices based on the latest neuroscience research, enabling you to learn useful tools for daily life to reduce your sense of overwhelm. At the end of the three hours you will leave the workshop refreshed and with a greater sense of spaciousness in your life.
