These sessions aim to create a self-sustaining peer coaching group–a productive, focused space for participants to explore and pursue their personal development.
Coaching enables people to identify and clarify their own goals and develop plans to achieve them. Peer coaching enables structured conversations in which participants take turns to think for themselves through attentive listening and skilled questioning.
This group is ideal for those interested in overcoming ‘stuckness’, dealing with issues and challenges (whether creative or personal), increasing confidence, changing and/or developing direction.
In a safe and supportive space, you will learn the key principles of coaching, basic coaching skills and how to run a peer coaching group.
Participants need to be prepared to be non-judgemental, supportive and good listeners.

Tutor: Dominique De-Light is an accredited coach and one of the co-Founders of Creative Future. She has spent 18 years supporting people to make transformative change – empowering others to fulfil their true potential and nourish positive mental health. Coaching was a natural development after running an arts charity for 11 years, as empowerment, empathy, good listening and trust were skills she used daily to create authentic, productive relationships with artists and organisations. These are essential attributes in coaching work. For more information on Dominique see www.dominiquedelight.co.uk
