Drawing on a mix of discussion, creative exercises and reflection, this workshop is designed to develop the tools and strategies to see us through situations where we may not feel confident – from reading out loud to meetings to interviews.
By the time we leave we will have:
- A shared understanding of how stressful situations make us feel and act
- Understood how this is impacting on how we present ourselves
- Developed confidence in our ‘voice’ and what we want to say
- Practised using our strategies in different situations in a safe environment.
