Experiment with creative writing in a safe, supportive and fun environment, and, if you wish, share your writing with others. Led by a published author and experienced facilitator, these workshops are open to any level of ability and focus on different creative exercises each session. These workshops are in partnership with New Writing South.

Please note, you only need to book for one drop-in and are able to attend all future drop in sessions.
Tutor: Evlynn Sharp is a performance poet, playwright, creative arts facilitator and visiting lecturer. She has been the Writer in Residence at secure establishments such as HMP Lewes and HMP Belmarsh as well as with many organisations and charities including Surrey & Sussex Probation Trust, Charing Cross Hospital, East Grinstead Museum, Care for the Carers. Along with artwork by visual artist Sally Booth, her poetry of ‘Edges and Extremes’ was exhibited at the Tate Modern in London as well as at Geevor Tin Mine’s Hard Rock Gallery in Cornwall, Shetland Museum and Archives, and at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh.
