Art Drop In – Brighton

art in brightonThis is a beginner to intermediary drop in open to all, with an emphasis on experimentation and expressive play. Sessions explore different ways into collage, drawing and painting whilst using a wide variety of materials and techniques. We will also look at artists, exploring how they structure their work to discover new possibilities and to develop our own visual language.

Tutor: Maria Kuipers is an abstract painter who has won a prize from the Georgia Museum of Art and for her West Pier Art project.  She facilitates expressive workshops where participants explore different approaches and techniques to painting and drawing.  For more info see www.axisweb.org/p/mariakuipers
