I am a Brighton-based artist/photographer. My work has been exhibited at museums, art galleries and other local and regional venues including Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, Churchill Square, Brighton, Littlehampton Museum and Art Gallery, Towner Gallery, Eastbourne and Foundry Gallery and Fitzroy House, Lewes. I am a volunteer steward at the Grange Museum and Art Gallery in Rottingdean near Brighton where my photo cards have been sold in the gallery shop, and an active member of a local art group. In 2015 I was awarded 3rd prize in Creative Future’s Tight Modern competition and 1st prize in an art competition run through Viva Brighton magazine. One of my photos was also selected for the runners-up gallery in Creative Future's 2016 Tight Modern touring exhibition, and I currently have a selection of limited edition A3 prints for sale on their online shop. I am influenced by the natural world, Expressionism, 20th-century Surrealism and Pop Art. I enjoy experimenting with mixed media, photo-editing software and combining analogue processes with digital ones. A selection of my floral and abstract artwork is currently available to purchase on wall art and other products from Redbubble: www.redbubble.com/people/Sajah/shop Many of my other artworks are available to purchase direct as photographic or high-quality card prints, so if you see anything you like here, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or via my Facebook business page, Sajah Creations by Sarah Harris.
