About the course

Where do our stories and initial ideas come from? Let’s discover and see where the seeds and magic come from in our stories… In this workshop we’ll look and explore the sparks and seeds of our imagination tuning in by working with musical and visual stimulus.

We will use story examples and finger exercises to think about what makes up stories, and what sparks our brains to get writing. How the brain and fingers connect. Curious about writing? This writing workshop is for those picking up the pen for the first time, or those more experienced. This workshop will be delivered by writer Shazia Altaf and will encourage you to get writing in a fun and invigorating way.
