We are committed to providing a safe, supportive environment. We ask that everyone be mindful of these key values and behaviours. Do get in touch if you have any questions (info@creativefuture.org.uk).

Conduct

  • Everyone at our sessions, including the facilitator, has lived experience and faces ongoing barriers. Please be considerate, professional, positive and constructive.
  • Use this space to enjoy your creativity and leave life’s challenges at the door.
  • Please keep in mind other participants and the facilitator in your questions and comments, so everyone can be accommodated within a limited time.
  • Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Facilitators are paid solely to prepare and deliver sessions. Please do not ask for additional support.

Access

  • Handouts and/or presentations will be provided to all participants.
  • We aim to provide appropriate support for everyone within a wide range of access needs. These may conflict, so a flexible and balanced solution may need to be put in place.

Recording

  • Online workshops are not recorded by default.
  • If a participant requests a recording for disability access reasons, we will email everyone in advance. You may turn your camera off and/or change your screen name if you wish.
  • The recording will only be available to the participant/s who require it for access reasons. It will not be used for any other purpose.
  • The recording will be available for a maximum of 7 days, after which it will be deleted. Downloading will be disabled.

Artificial Intelligence

  • The work you share and create must be solely your own and not written or edited using AI software.
  • This does not include access tools such as screen readers, dictation / speech-to-text software, spelling and grammar checkers, and translation or language support.
