Dominique is a published writer, qualified adult education teacher and LAPIDUS mentor. She was writer in residence at the First Base Day Centre, a place of safety for homeless and vulnerable adults in Brighton from 2003-2008 where she established the First Base Arts Project.See her LinkedIn profile for further details.

Matt Freidson

Operations & Programme Manager

Matt has worked to support marginalised people for fifteen years, particularly refugees/asylum seekers and in community development.  He has also published twenty short stories in literary journals and anthologies. 

Niamh Hicks

Suzanna King

Finance Officer

Suzanna has worked in finance for the voluntary sector for nearly twenty years. Her background is in theatre; she is a trained actor. Suzanna wrote & produced Crystal’s Vardo, a play about the history of Gypsies and Travellers for Friends Families and Travellers, where she also currently works as their Finance Officer.

Tight Modern Project Manager

Nickova is a practicing artist providing opportunities for people to engage in visual art processes, including adults with mental health problems and disabilities. Nickova also works in project management, as arts facilitator and as creative mentor, providing individual sessions on how to achieve the life and creativity we desire.
