Jane McMorrow

Director

Jane was Head of Programming & Production at Brighton Festival for seven years and since leaving in 2009 has worked for a range of organisations in London and the South East including Arts Council England, The Legacy Trust, The Creative Foundation, Creative People and Places and the Culture Department at the London Mayor’s Office. She has produced a number of large-scale cultural events, including BLINK! Margate in partnership with Wayne McGregor l Random Dance and the Turner Contemporary.

Matt Freidson

Development Manager

Matt has worked to support marginalised people for fifteen years, particularly refugees/asylum seekers and in community development.  He has also published twenty short stories in literary journals and anthologies. 

Niamh Hicks

Digital Platform Manager

Niamh has a keen passion for contemporary arts, in particular site specific and outdoor live art. In addition to working in the office, Niamh is a Drama and Movement Workshop Facilitator and leads workshops for confidence building.See her LinkedIn profile for more details.

Suzanna King

Finance Officer

Suzanna has worked in finance for the voluntary sector for nearly twenty years. Her background is in theatre; she is a trained actor. Suzanna wrote & produced Crystal’s Vardo, a play about the history of Gypsies and Travellers for Friends Families and Travellers, where she also currently works as their Finance Officer.

Joe Cunningham

Administrator

Joe has worked in the charity sector for over thirteen years. In his spare time he is a keen illustrator and writer and is currently in the process of producing his first graphic novel.
 

Laura Wilkinson

CFLA Project Manager

Born in Liverpool 8, Laura is a reader, writer, feminist and lover of ginger hair. She’s published six novels (two under a pseudonym) and many short stories. Her latest novel is Skin Deep. Alongside writing and her role at Creative Future, she works as an editor and mentor to developing writers. See her website for more details.
