Spotlight Books are here!

Our latest interview with author Kerry Hudson

We explore the topic of class, and how many writers see it as an obstacle to participation in the publishing industry. Kerry Hudson explains why she champions the work of Creative Future 'because it’s not about tokenism, it's about the real breadth and quality of the work.'

Due to the current uncertainty around Coronavirus (COVID-19), Creative Future staff are working remotely, which means we may be a little slower to answer any phone calls or process any orders made through our website. If you have booked onto any of our activities, we will contact you directly to let you know if these are going ahead. Thank you for your patience at this time.

Creative Future Writers’ Award

A writing development programme and competition showcasing the work of under-represented writers

Founded in 2013, the Creative Future Writers’ Award is an annual development  programme for talented writers from a wealth of backgrounds. It includes the UK’s only national writing competition for all under-represented writers, alongside a series of workshops in hubs throughout the UK.

With the support of our leading literary partners,  winners are selected by a panel of industry experts and are given the opportunity to develop their work through training, mentoring, assessment and coaching.

We sell limited edition art prints

We sell high quality limited edition art prints by emerging artists through our curated retail website. Featuring a wide variety of styles and mediums, all our artists experience barriers in accessing the mainstream art world due to mental health issues, disability, health, identity or other social circumstance.

By purchasing limited edition art prints through Creative Future you will get great art, invest in an artist who faces many personal challenges and support our work, enabling us to have a positive impact on more artists for years to come.
