Sarah Harris’ work includes both art and photography and frequently combines both analogue and digital processes. Having taken many adult education art courses, she began using a digital camera in 2005 and discovered an enjoyment in using photo-editing software and experimenting with colour and art filters. This was her starting-point for developing a recognisable style incorporating her love of strong colour, Surrealism and Pop Art.

Her involvement with Creative Future began around 10 years ago. Two of her digital photos have been exhibited in Creative Future’s Tight Modern touring exhibition, and she was awarded 3rd place in the Tight Modern public vote in 2014. Her work has also been exhibited at both local and regional museums and art galleries including Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, Churchill Square and Gallery 40, Brighton, Foundry Gallery, Lewes, Littlehampton Museum and Art Gallery and Towner Gallery, Eastbourne among other venues.

Sarah’s work over the last few years has included landscape photography, a series of digitally-edited collages made from her own photos, and a series of mannequin portraits using both digitally-edited photography and mixed media. She also has a selection of abstract and floral artwork available on a wide variety of products on Redbubble.
