I am a self taught artist. My work relies upon strong clear and very controlled palettes. I dream the work in the form of a vision and then use my technical skills to produce something manageable for other minds to read and enjoy. I mostly paint in oils on wood and canvas and in watercolours (free hand style) direct onto paper. I sometimes draw in pencil ink, and have even created a three dimensional carving of an eagle head in a light weight wood from Africa.
